MCH-Sunday Spirit Series: Reflections on a Holy Land Pilgrimage

Dr. John Metz, VP of Mission Integration and Leadership Development at MCH kicks off our 2024 Sunday Spirit Series: Sacred Places, Sacred Spaces. In addition to his work at MCH, Jon is a professor of Theology at Marquette University. Last summer, Jon and 1100 of his closest friends traveled to Israel and Rome for a Holy Land Pilgrimage. This once in a lifetime experience brought Jon to the shores of the Sea of Galilee, the top of The Mount of Olives, the Shepherds’ Fields outside of Bethlehem, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Join us as Jon shares his insights from this life-changing trip and thoughts of current realities of the region.
