Clare Gardens Manager Anna Metscher will discuss current day issues surrounding small scale farming such as invasive species, food sustainability, the prevalence of genetically modified food and more. Clare Gardens was formed to help residents of Milwaukee Catholic Home understand how to live and eat more sustainably. This mission has expanded to other senior communities and the Catholic Ecology Center located on the same property as the farm in Neosho, WI.
