Hello there! Welcome to September and A Life Engaged at Milwaukee Catholic Home, where we believe an engaged life is a full life! We’re excited about what we have going on this month and think you will be too! We are heading into fall with plenty of fun and engaging events, making the most of these beautiful fall days with many outdoor options! We are happy to be gradually opening up with caution and safety protocols in place. Masks are required for all in-person events. Catholic Ecology Center St. Francis Feast Day (Eve) Celebration
Sunday, October 3, 2021 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Catholic Ecology Center, W1468 County Road NN, Neosho, WI 53059
Come celebrate the eve of the fest of St. Francis of Assisi!
A fun-filled day in honor of the patron Saint of the environment.
All afternoon activities include: a petting zoo, decorating a shrine in honor of St. Francis, nature crafts and more!
1:30 pm Release of a rehabilitated Great Horned Owl!
2:30 pm Blessing of pets by Father LoCoco.
3:00 pm Guided Nature Walk.
4:00 pm Formal Blessing and prayer service led by Fr. LoCoco.

Non-Members: $3.00 per person
Families are encouraged to bring their pets for the blessing. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
All are welcome to bring a candle or a vase for the St. Francis Shrine.
