John Kennedy was the youngest president ever elected in US history. He inherited the Cold War from his predecessor, Dwight Eisenhower, and he faced major challenges regarding Vietnam, the Soviet Union, and Cuba. The US civil rights movement also became a major challenge for the young president. Tragically Kennedy was assassinated in the streets of Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Join us for this 6-part series as Dr. Crain takes us through the twists and turns of the evolution and history of JFK.
