We are excited to announce “Chair Yoga with Anne”! The instructor, Anne Gimbel, graduated with a BSN, and MSE, from UW-Milwaukee. She was a nurse practitioner at Family Hospital, where she also worked on the GYN surgical floor. After receiving her MSE, she conducted wellness workshops, and taught Therapeutic Touch and Yoga. She has taught Yoga and meditation in the Milwaukee area for 35 years and is pleased to be offering Chair Yoga, yogic breathing and meditation her at Milwaukee Catholic Home. Namaste!
